Job Responsibilities:

  • To carry out routine monitoring, maintenance and repair of facility equipment and utilities.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted operation activities.
  • To maintain, upkeep and upgrading the building, facilities equipment and services.
  • Carries out general repair works such as electrical, painting, replace tiles, cementing & plastering, toiletry fitting and plumbing.
  • To supervise and monitor renovation works.
  • To attend to facilities helpdesk requests.
  • To carry out instructions as directed by superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess at least a SPM / Certificate / Diploma in electrical & mechanical qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in property line or shopping mall.
  • Able to work independently and possess good communication skills.
  • Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holiday.
