About the role

We are searching for a dedicated Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at PERNIAGAAN MOZEK CHIN TAK SDN BHD' in Taiping, Perak. As an Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our company's day-to-day administrative operations. What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Handling a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as necessary
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
