**Location**: Jalan Istana Larut, Taiping, Perak
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Sunday Off)

**The Role**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Admin cum Accounts Executive** to join their dynamic team. This role plays a key part in both the administrative and financial operations of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Report directly to the General Manager
- Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and financial documentation
- Support and manage e-invoicing submissions with precision and timeliness
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and internal coordination
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain an organized workflow
- Work independently and take initiative, while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Participate in internal events, competitions, and team-based activities as needed
**Requirements**:
- Self-motivated and responsible, with experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms is a plus
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to be involved in events and activities beyond daily duties
**Remuneration Package**
- **Basic Salary**: up to RM 2, 500

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
