Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mitsui Outlet Park, Sepang. The full time will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide excellent service, aiding them in finding appropriate products, and managing sales transactions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining store cleanliness and organization, restocking inventory, and supporting promotional activities. The role also involves effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints to enhance the overall shopping experience.
