1. Sales & Performance

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly store sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyse daily sales reports, identify sales opportunities, and implement action plans.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to deliver strong performance and upselling results.
  • Assist in organising promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.

2. Store Operations

  • Ensure smooth daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels — monitor stock movement, handle replenishment, and prevent losses or shrinkage.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and an appealing store environment.

3. Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate sales assistants/promoters.
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with management for staff development.

4. Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure every team member delivers high-quality service and upholds company image.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail standards.
  • Monitor cashiering accuracy and adherence to financial procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
