We're looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our team If you're experienced in nursing and passionate about patient care — we'd love to hear from you.

Job Scope:

  • Greet and register patients
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Handle phone calls and patient inquiries
  • Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
  • Dispense medication and explain usage (under supervision)
  • Maintain cleanliness of consultation rooms and equipment
  • Manage billing, payments, and insurance claims
  • Maintain and file patient records
  • Restock medical supplies and support daily clinic operations

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience as Clinic Assistant
  • Adaptable and flexible, ready to contribute to a dynamic healthcare/clinic setting
