Key Responsibilities

Production & Supply Planning

  • Develop and execute production plans for edible oil (jerry cans & flexibags) based on confirmed orders and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure optimum inventory levels of raw materials, packaging (jerry cans, flexibags, cartons), and finished goods.
  • Monitor factory output against plan; identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

Export & Logistics Coordination

  • Align production with export schedules, vessel bookings, and customer delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with shipping, logistics providers, and forwarding agents to avoid delays.
  • Support planning for bonded/regular truck deliveries to port.

Process & System Management

  • Implement and monitor planning tools, scheduling systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve lead times, and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and guide a small planning team in daily scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and QA/QC to align targets.
  • Report directly to the Head of Operations/Planning Manager with regular updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics (FMCG, food manufacturing, or export industry preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling, export documentation flow, and inventory management.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems, or planning software.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with export processes (shipping schedules, flexibag/jerry can handling) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
