  • Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Understand deployment methodologies for Adobe Campaign platforms.
  • Implement designs and configurations within Adobe Campaign platforms.

  • Airline Domain Knowledge

Responsibilities

  1. Solid understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies.
  2. Ensures the quality of work being produced is of the highest standard.
  3. Experience in working on both marketing and transactional campaigns.
  4. Good experiences in import and export technical workflows to ensure the data import into ACM and export of data from ACM to integrated System.
  5. Provide and be knowledgeable in "best practices" in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  6. Experience in integrating with other Adobe products like Adobe Analytics/ AEM/ Target will be added advantages.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard for campaign design, development, and workflow management
  • Strong technical skills including JavaScript, XML, HTML, and knowledge of database structures (SQL)
  • Expertise in marketing automation and customer journey orchestration
  • Experience with API integrations and troubleshooting for Adobe Campaign
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related area
  • Additional experience in CRM tools or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
