  1. Assist the Project Management GM in meetings with potential clients and business associates.
  2. Assist in all aspects of project management, including the creation of timelines and schedules of projects
  3. Deliver compliant, professionally produced project proposals within customer defined timeframes.
  4. Assist in coordinating the development of project proposals with various departments within an organisation and potential collaborators.
  5. Assist in monitoring departments' response times and ensuring that the input provided complies with the project requirements.
  6. Assist in managing company business exhibitions and promoting company services to oil and gas companies.
  7. Raise awareness of Weststar Aviation Services' profile and business goals
