Role Overview:

As our Network / Telco IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of projects centered around network infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and IT services. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring seamless coordination, efficient project execution, and impactful results.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects related to network infrastructure and telecommunications systems.
• Plan, budget, and schedule projects to ensure successful implementation within defined timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, resources, and deliverables.
• Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies based on project requirements.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and others to track progress and manage project documentation.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations.
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges or obstacles during project execution.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in successfully managing network and telecommunication-related IT projects.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities to handle diverse project portfolios simultaneously.
• Adeptness at thriving in a matrix organization, adapting to changing dynamics with poise.
• Immediate availability is preferred, demonstrating your readiness to dive into this exciting role.
• Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies based on project requirements.
• Certification in project management, network technologies, and ITIL Service Management will be advantageous.
• Open to Permanent & Contracts roles.

Recommended Knowledge / Skills:

• 5 – 7 years' hands-on experience in network set up, migration, and refresh/upgrade projects.
• Network technical background (WAN LAN WIFI). Well-versed with Aruba & Cisco switches & routers.
• Experienced in managing projects remotely.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experienced in Change Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
• Priority for candidates who can start immediately.
• Any industry recognized IT networking certification.
• Relevant credentials including PMP, ITIL, CCNP, CISSP, or ISO27001 certification are preferred.
• Excellent communicator in English and possess great interpersonal skills.
