Talent Acquisition Executive

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Manage job advertisements and recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs or campus recruitment events.
- Ensure timely updates and accurate records.
- Prepare job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure proper onboarding handover.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset for employer branding and talent engagement.
