Job description :

We are looking for a
Finance Executive
to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations in compliance with legal and company requirements. The Finance Executive will report directly to the
Director/CEO
.

The ideal candidate must be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations, and demonstrate strong interest in managing accounting activities such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and assist with daily transactions and month-end journal posting, balance sheet control account reconciliations, and bank reconciliation.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Use industry experience and initiative to identify areas for cost control and/or revenue improvement.
  • Monitor supplier and customer agreements related to respective revenues and costs.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Assist with payroll-related matters, including staff claims and statutory payments.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring cost management for all F&B outlets, including purchasing, stock inventory, and daily expenses.
  • Perform monthly stocktake at restaurant outlets.
  • Handle financial transactions related to alcoholic beverages (must be comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a
    Diploma
    in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the
    Food and Beverage industry
    is an advantage.
  • Advanced
    Microsoft Excel
    skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Good command of
    English and Bahasa Malaysia
    , both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess initiative, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Willing to
    travel between Bangsar and Kelana Jaya
    when required.
  • Must possess
    own transportation
    .
  • Able to start
    immediately
