As part of our Customer Success team
, you'll play a key role in ensuring both owners and drivers enjoy a smooth, efficient experience from start to finish

What You'll Be Doing:

This internship goes beyond basic admin work, you'll be directly involved in operational sourcing, client coordination, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Support the sourcing and onboarding of new parking locations, including verifying leads and coordinating with owners or agents.

2) Assist in managing client accounts to ensure inquiries, renewals, and issues are resolved efficiently.

3) Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas in client experience and operational flow.

4) Contribute to database enhancement by tracking lead progress, verifying data accuracy, and flagging market insights.

5) Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure active listings are competitive and optimized.

6) Participate in team projects to improve sourcing efficiency, user conversion rates, and internal SOPs.

7) Prepare simple reports on sourcing performance, lead quality, and customer trends.

Who We're Looking For:

1) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (we welcome individuals from all backgrounds, as we believe everyone deserves the chance to learn whatever interests them)

2) Strong communicator who's proactive, detail-oriented, and curious about how businesses grow.

3) Comfortable with fast-paced environments and handling multiple moving parts.

4) Confident using spreadsheets, CRMs, or any digital tools (training provided).

5) Analytical thinker (you're not just doing tasks, you're learning how to optimize them)
