What you'll be doing?

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent service delivery while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee comprehensive restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, food quality control, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business targets and maximize profitability.
• Customer Experience: Handle customer feedback professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction to maintain brand reputation.
• Financial Management: Manage cost control effectively including food costs, labor expenses, and operating costs (COGs) to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with head office management team on marketing initiatives, human resources matters, and financial planning to align with company objectives.
• Brand Standards: Uphold and maintain the established brand standards and image of Samurai Yakiniku across all operational aspects.
• Communication: Ensure smooth communication and coordination between kitchen staff, service crew, and management for seamless operations.
• Staff Engagement: Create and maintain a motivating work environment that encourages staff development and high performance standards.

Who are they looking for?

• Industry Experience: Experience in restaurant management or supervision, such as overseeing daily operations and staff management. Otherwise, similar experience in hospitality leadership roles preferred.
