We are a dynamic and forward-looking Corporate Services Provider offering a fully integrated suite of services, including Accounting and Tax, to a diverse portfolio of clients in Singapore and internationally.  

We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team. This is a remote position based in Johor Bahru, with frequent travel to Singapore required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounting & tax matters.
  • Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements for clients.
  • Support in preparation and filing of clients' income tax, GST, and other statutory compliance matters.
  • Liaise with auditors to finalise audited accounts.
  • Provide support in client management, billing, collections, and general administrative functions.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, or Accounting Degree.
  • Experience in accounting software such as MYOB and Xero will be an added advantage.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
  • Possess a positive work attitude and good people handling skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Neat, meticulous & well-organised in managing tasks.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
