AI Programmer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Developer (5+ Years Experience) to design, build, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions that enhance business operations and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, data preprocessing, and software development, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI systems.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, performing end-to-end model development, integrating AI into existing applications, and driving innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI/ML Model Development

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
• Develop algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, predictive analytics, and other AI tasks.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct model evaluation, tuning, and improvement using performance metrics.

2. AI System Integration

• Integrate AI models into existing systems using APIs, microservices, or cloud-based services.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to embed AI functionalities into web and mobile applications.
• Build scalable and efficient pipelines for data extraction, model inference, and deployment.

3. Automation and Process Optimization

• Develop AI-driven automation tools to streamline internal workflows.
• Implement intelligent systems such as chatbots, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, or forecasting tools.
• Optimize processes using AI-based decision-making frameworks.

4. Research and Innovation

• Evaluate new AI techniques, frameworks, and tools to improve solution quality.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art models, including generative AI, LLMs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and integrate relevant innovations.

5. MLOps and Deployment

• Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management, version control, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
• Develop and maintain model pipelines using containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor production models, retrain when needed, and ensure model reliability.

6. Documentation & Collaboration

• Create clear documentation for model design, architecture, and deployment workflow.
• Work closely with product managers, data engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Provide internal training or technical support related to AI tools and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI development, ML model building, or ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and collaborative development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
