Summary

Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage IT infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle - from initiation to closure, including overall project coordination, deliverables, tracking, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate and work closely with internal technical teams (server, network, security, etc.), application, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage project documentation, risks, change requests, and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, update management on progress, and address potential roadblocks proactively.
  • Ensure project compliance with internal PMO governance and documentation standards.
  • Deploy user experience based on best practices without compromising the security.
  • Work with vendor to plan, develop, and implement business requirements, FSD, UAT, training, rollout, and ongoing testing.
  • Manage post-implementation reviews and ensure successful handover to BAU operations/support teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certification in project management (eg. PMP) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure projects (e.g. server/network upgrades, system migrations, hardware deployments).
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience with projects in multiple technology domains and functions, primarily around banking/credit card/ATM technical areas.
  • Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure domains (servers, networking, storage, security, data centers, cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
