Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present life insurance protection, medical, and savings plans to potential clients.
  • Understand customers' financial needs, family protection goals, and future planning requirements.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, product training, and business development activities.
  • Work independently to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens or individuals with full working rights in Malaysia.
  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply).
  • Fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals are welcome.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
