What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Marketing & Content Creator Intern, you'll gain real-world experience in digital marketing while actively contributing to the growth of our online presence and brand visibility. Your role will involve a mix of creative production, e-commerce support, and interactive hosting.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Social Media Magic

  2. Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram. etc.) to promote our products.

  3. Create creative captions, schedule posts, and maintain consistency across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  4. Analyze content performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement.

  5. Stay updated on viral trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

  6. Pick & Pack Like a Pro (E-Commerce Operations Support)

  7. Assist with online order fulfillment – picking, packing, labeling, and preparing parcels for delivery.

  8. Ensure accuracy and care in packaging to maintain customer satisfaction.

  9. Learn the behind-the-scenes process of running a successful e-commerce business.

  10. Live Host - Go Live, Get Loud (On-Camera Personality)

  11. Act as a live host for product showcases on social media platforms or e-commerce channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live).

  12. Interact confidently with audiences during livestreams to drive product sales and create a fun shopping experience.
  13. Coordinate live session scripts, product arrangements, and respond to viewer comments in real-time.

Who We're Looking For
  • Students pursuing Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and engaging with online audiences.
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar are an added advantage.
  • Energetic, creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship.
