- Social Media Marketing: Managing brand presence across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., to engage with potential customers and drive sales.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using CRM software to manage customer interactions, segment audiences, and personalize marketing efforts to increase retention and sales.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously testing and optimizing digital touchpoints, like websites or landing pages, to improve user experience and increase sales.
- Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and optimize sales funnels and conversion strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and customer data to tailor marketing campaigns and increase engagement.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Generate leads through various marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, and more.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel with personalized communication and targeted content.
- Implement automated marketing tools (CRM, email automation, etc.) to improve lead management and conversion.
- Content Creation & Promotion
- Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with design, product, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
