Job Details

Position: Sales Admin

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: 860-1, Jalan Permatang Tengah, Taman Perkasa, 13000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Education Consultant to join our client's growing team in Butterworth.

In this role, you'll play a key part in helping students and parents choose the right education programs while contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

1) Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner.

2) Promote and recommend suitable courses or education packages based on each customer's needs and preferences.

3) Assist with student registration, ensuring all required documents are completed and submitted correctly.

4) Follow up with interested parents or students to encourage enrolment and confirm sign-ups.

5) Maintain accurate and updated student information in the system or database.

6) Support marketing activities, including school visits, education fairs, and online promotional events.

7) Handle feedback or concerns from students and parents promptly and professionally.

8) Work towards achieving monthly enrolment and sales targets.

9) Conduct engaging TikTok Live sessions to promote courses, answer enquiries, and build brand awareness.

10) Prepare simple daily or weekly reports on enquiries, enrolments, and overall performance.

Requirements

1) Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

2) Confident in presenting and explaining education programs to parents and students.

3) Willing to work on weekends and flexible hours as required.
