About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Admin Coordinator to join our team at Syarikat Jaya Tugas Industri Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
- Coordinating and processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
- Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization
