About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Admin Coordinator to join our team at Syarikat Jaya Tugas Industri Sdn Bhd in Perai, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records
  2. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents
  3. Coordinating and processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing
  4. Collaborating with the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
  5. Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  6. Providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  7. Assisting with the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  6. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization
