Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on the developed solution.
  • Establish reporting and alerting requirements.
  • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the project team.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Develop and manage detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide user training and create support documentation.
  • Develop and implement best practices for application support.
  • Provided actionable feedback to development teams to enhance app functionality.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Undertake any additional tasks or assignments as instructed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.

· Fresh graduates is encourage to apply

· Required language(s): English

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Demonstrates strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision

· At least 1 years of proven professional experience in related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
