To date, we have >2,000 users in our ERP platform & we are aspire to spread F&B best practices & knowledge to the market.As a Customer Support / Technical Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, ensuring they get the most out of Codemax's solutions. You'll provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibility:Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone (When Necessary)Troubleshoot. and resolve issues related to Codemax systems.Assist with system setup, configuration, and updates.Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Maintain high customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.What We're Looking For:Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.1–3 years of experience in technical support or customer service (SaaS experience is a plus).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with ERP systems, IoT devices, and cloud-based applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel for onsite support and training when required.Why Join Us?Work with innovative technologies in ERP, IoT, and robotics.Be part of a mission-driven team helping SMEs digitalize.Collaborative culture with career growth opportunities.
