YOUR ROLE AS AN: Intern, AI

We are seeking a proactive and curious AI Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong Python programmer who is eager to work with emerging AI technologies such as agent development, test and document newly released features, and provide critical feedback on our internal learning resources.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

  • Agent Proof of Concepts: Assist in the design and development of AI agent proof of concepts (PoCs) using Python and the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

  • Agent & Data Integration: Assist with API integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI agents with existing services, databases, and data stores.

  • Technology Testing & Documentation:​​

  • Test and document the newly released functionalities of Gemini Enterprise and other AI technologies provided under our partnership agreements.

  • Compile findings and feedback to be reported to internal teams and Google.

  • L&D Feedback & Contribution: Act as an early adopter for our internal AI learning content, provide structured feedback, and help create new L&D resources (e.g., tutorials, best-practice guides for prompt engineering/tuning).

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Strong Python Programming: Demonstrable proficiency in Python for development and scripting.

  • API Integration Experience: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

  • Prior experience building or experimenting with AI agents using any modern framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Direct experience with the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

  • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

  • Familiarity with model fine-tuning concepts and processes.

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
