Talent Acquisition Executive We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment and help drive impactful hiring strategies to build a strong workforce.
Job responsibilities;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and create effective job ads.
- Build talent pipelines through platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding, employee movements (confirmations, resignations, promotions), and file updates.
- Assist with employer branding and HR projects as needed.
Job Requirements;
- Candidate must possess at least diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or multisector environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
