Roles and responsibilities:

1) Customer Service

  • Welcome customers and ensure they feel comfortable
  • Assist customers and patients in payment or product recommendation
  • Handle customer special requests / feedbacks with proper SOP

2) Inventory

  • Carry out periodic stock counts / stock checks to ensure product accuracy

3) Sales

  • Understand and promote shop promotions and loyalty programmes
  • Learn and understand product information in order to give appropriate advice to customers

4) Housekeeping

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of shop is well maintained for customers' comfort
  • Ensure shop is dust free and make sure stocks are presentable to customers
  • Restocking and rearranging stocks when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,936.60 per month
