Position: Manager / Deputy Manager, People & Culture

(Location: Subang Jaya)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Support recruitment activities, including shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and coordinating confirmations, resignations, handovers, and exit processes.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Assist in addressing employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen morale and workplace culture.

Training, Development & Onboarding

  • Help manage onboarding, in-house training, external development programs, FAM trips, staff conferences, and internal engagement events.

HR System Management

  • Maintain accurate HR system data, support leave and claims processes, liaise with Paybun on system matters, and assist with SOPs, guides, and staff training.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Support policy reviews, ensure alignment with labour laws, communicate updates, and assist with compliance checks and HR audits.

Coaching & Team Development

  • Support the development of the HR team and other staff members through structured communication, guidance, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and advisory skills
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Experience leading a small HR team or supervising projects is preferred
  • Able to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple offices
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
