We're Hiring: Culture & Talent Manager

Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture, developing talent, and driving meaningful employee experiences? Join us as a Culture & Talent Manager, where you will play a strategic role in building an engaged, high-performing, and inclusive organization.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement culture and engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback channels, and recognition programs.
  • Deliver training on our company culture framework, values, and leadership expectations.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
  • Support communication and change management initiatives across the organization.
  • Work closely with GPMO, Corporate Communications, and brand teams to deliver culture-related programs.

Talent Development (Young Talent & Women Empowerment)

  • Design and manage talent programs such as internships, graduate traineeships, and leadership development.
  • Lead women empowerment initiatives to support gender equity and inclusive leadership.
  • Manage the KFC Scholars Leadership Development Program, including workshops, communication, and career development activities.
  • Partner with internal leaders and external organizations to build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Organize events, workshops, and networking sessions for talent program participants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on employee engagement and talent initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
