Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile warehouse inventory data with Autocount / ERP / Kingdee systems to ensure accuracy in quantity, value, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure alignment between accounting records and physical stock.
  • Manage Fixed Asset processes: tagging, depreciation, and regular maintenance.
  • Provide financial and accounting support across departments.
  • Review, enhance, and implement improvements in financial control processes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc finance and accounting assignments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a
    manufacturing environment
    .
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Skilled in ERP systems (Autocount, Kingdee, etc.) and Excel.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin-speaking preferred
    for internal communication and coordination across departments.
