Get to know the role:

As a Senior Executive, Performance Marketing, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns that drive measurable results across customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. You'll be hands-on with campaign management, data analysis, and creative testing, while also supporting the development of paid social strategies aligned with the overall social media goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of paid social platforms, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with key objectives such as lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
• Set up campaign structures, targeting strategies, ad placements, and bidding approaches.

Performance Optimization:

• Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for KPIs including CPA, CTR, ROAS, and engagement rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, and placements to improve results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery or performance issues quickly.

Budget & Reporting:

• Manage and track paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in forecasting and planning paid social media spend.

Collaboration & Strategy Support:

• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored for different audiences.
• Contribute ideas for paid social strategies and campaign planning aligned with broader marketing goals.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, paid advertising innovations, and industry benchmarks.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia for speaking & writing.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social media/performance marketing.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing media budgets and optimizing towards performance KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams.
