About Us:

We manage multiple Airbnb listings and operate short-term rentals. We use data to improve pricing, occupancy and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean and analyze data from Airbnb and internal dashboards
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reports on occupancy, revenue, pricing trends and operational KPIs
  • Identify business insights and improvement opportunities in areas such as pricing strategy and guest experience
  • Develop dashboards or visualizations using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets or Power BI
  • Assist with market research on competitor listings, travel demand and short-term rental.
  • Work closely with operations and management teams to provide data recommendations
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

  • Final year diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analyst, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
