Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant/Executive to support our management team in documentation, coordination, and performance tracking. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing information, following up on tasks, and ensuring things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and organize meeting minutes after each meeting.

Assist in tracking departmental performance against targets.

Collect and report weekly department updates to management.

Coordinate and follow up on tasks and activities to ensure timely completion.

Provide administrative support to the Management Officer, including scheduling, filing, and preparing reports/presentations.

Liaise with senior management on administrative and documentation-related matters.

Requirements

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an added advantage.

Responsible, punctual, self-disciplined, and a good team player.

Positive working attitude with initiative to get things done.

Strong communication and time management skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Able to handle ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.

Detailed responsibilities of the role will be determined according to the individual's experience and competencies.
