About Job
Job Responsibilities
•Work with large sets of data to prepare forecast reports and analysis (vs prior forecasts/budgets) for the Leadership team. Manage key inputs for practice P&Ls, support the delivery management teams through financial analysis.
•Lead financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, P&L forecast).
•Perform end-to-end project accounting management of selected practice teams.
•Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
•Collaborate with cross-function teams such as accounting, HR, and sales teams to understand needs and provide support to business requests.
•Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses. Work on special requests, projects, and financial presentations for management as required.
•Be your business teams' go-to operational and financial partner.
Job Requirements:
•BA/BS degree – Major in Accounting, Business, Math, Statistics preferred.
•3+ business operations experience; financial analysis, and/or project accounting management.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
•High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results, team-oriented.
•Demonstrated ability to deal with adversity and rapidly changing operating conditions while still delivering to expectations.
•Proficiency in Office 365, advanced Excel skills preferred.Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
