Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

· Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.) and ensure consistent brand identity.

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content including visuals, videos, and copywriting that align with company's branding.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

· Run and optimized paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

· Coordinate with Operations, HR and outlet teams to support recruitment post, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.

· Monitor online reviews and customers feedback to enhance brand reputation.

· Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.

· Manage the company's website, SEO/SEM activities, and online listings.

· Support creative production such as copywriting, digital visuals, and promotional materials.

· Track, evaluate, and report marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.

· years of experience in digital marketing (F&B experience is an added advantage).

· Strong understanding of social media algorithms, online customer behaviour, and digital trends.

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and content creation.

· Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.

· Creative, data-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage (for content creation and market coordination).
