About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships, discovering new business opportunities, and driving growth. You'll play a key role in connecting our platform with event organizers and ensuring they get the best experience possible. If you love sales, challenges, and fast-paced environments, this is the role for you

What You'll Do:

  • Market Research & Prospecting: Identify high-potential opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and social media. Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Client Meetings & Consultations: Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate effectively.
  • Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage your sales pipeline, close deals, and hit targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, provide updates, and optimize strategies using data insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in SaaS, event management, or related sectors.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-starter with initiative, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Passion for connecting with clients and closing deals.
