Business Support Executive

  • Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to provide holistic support across both administrative operations and financial record-keeping. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, combining strong organizational capabilities with a working knowledge of basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a multi-functional role and can manage diverse responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is not mandatory, but is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a business support or administrative-financial hybrid role is not mandatory but is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SQL) is not mandatory but is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, and internal coordination as needed.
  • Maintain well-organized physical and digital filing systems for both operational and financial records.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for day-to-day office or accounting requirements.
  • Create, record, track, and reconcile financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Support the preparation of financial summaries and reports.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, financial audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure the timely processing of accounts payable and receivable while maintaining accurate bookkeeping entries.
