WHAT YOU'LL DO | 岗位职责

  1. New product introduction, process flow setting, fixture evaluation, SOP production. Trial production follow-up, standard working hours, etc.;

新產品導入,工藝流程設定,工裝夾具評估,SOP製作.試產跟進,標準工時製定等;

  1. Mass production product maintenance, process improvement, balance rate improvement, SOP update, standard working hours update and maintenance

量產產品維護,制程改善,平衡率提升,SOP更新,標準工時更新與維護

  1. Communicate with engineers on technology and process issues, participate in fixture, equipment review and acceptance

與工程師溝通技術,工藝問題,參與工裝夾具,設備評審和驗收

  1. Production line follow-up, on-site improvement, project improvement promotion, production line layout optimization, station analysis and continuous improvement, execution efficiency improvement, cost reduction, logistics and layout optimization, fast line change, efficient and labor-saving introduction, etc.

生產線跟進,現場改善,專案改善推動,產線佈局優化,工位的分析并持續改進,執行效率提升,成本降低,物流與佈局優化,快速換線,高效省人化導入等工作

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR | 任职要求

  1. Associate degree or higher in Industrial Engineering

工業工程專業大專以上學歷

  1. Minimum two years of IE experience in the electronics industry, with proficiency in new/existing product follow-up and electronic manufacturing processes

二年以上電子行也IE工作經驗,熟悉新舊產品跟進及電子產品工藝

  1. Solid foundation in IE fundamentals, including time measurement, cost control, logistics analysis, and functional evaluation

IE基礎知識紮實,熟悉工時測量,成本控制,物流分析與功能評估等

  1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent self-learning capabilities

具備良好的問題分析,解決能力,自學能力強

  1. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (listening, reading, writing)

具備華語和英語聽讀寫能力
