Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
  • Check technical drawings and designs for accuracy and provide technical advice and problem-solving on-site.
  • Prepare Site Meeting Reports and attend Site Meeting if is necessary
  • Conduct Monthly Site Valuation with subcontractors, clerks of works and quantity surveyors
  • Performing regular inspections and maintenance of the site and equipment
  • Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
  • Perform any other project duties assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of related experience required.
