Job Description

  • Prospecting, building and servicing existing and new clients.
  • Inbound telesales, attend incoming calls and sales enquiries.
  • Maintain business relationship by maintaining accurate information and database.
  • Filing of document in systematic manner to facilitate quick retrieval of documents.
  • To provide admin support to technical/sales department.
  • Information gathering and market research.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in telemarketing is required for this position.
  • Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion, the ability to work under pressure and teamwork.
  • Computer literate and analytical.
  • Full-Time position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
