Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in tendering activities, including reviewing drawings, preparing technical submissions, and cost estimation support.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, design details, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Attend project and site meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Provide technical support to site teams and ensure work complies with project standards and Malaysian regulations.
  • Prepare method statements, material submissions, and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure quality control, monitor progress, and report project updates.
  • Be flexible to travel to project sites or other locations as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural / Construction Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in the construction industry (main contractor preferred).
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings clearly.
  • Familiar with CIDB, JKR standards, and local authority requirements.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management software.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • CIDB Green Card and BEM registration are advantages.
  • Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
