Overview:
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to develop and support sales opportunities within the construction and industrial materials sector. The role combines technical expertise with strong customer relationship management to deliver innovative and value-added solutions that meet client needs while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts to achieve sales objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new projects, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to showcase solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Technical Support:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, ensuring the correct application and performance of products.

  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and site visits to ensure successful implementation.
  • Account & Project Management:

  • Manage key projects from initial inquiry through completion, maintaining communication with all stakeholders.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence:

  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

  • Provide feedback and insights to management for product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer records in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., Technical, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical disciplines
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction chemicals, building materials, or industrial solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex product knowledge into practical customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and project support.
