Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Technical Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for a recent Engineering graduate looking to start a career in the medical device industry, specifically in the Dialysis domain. The successful candidate will provide essential sales assistance to the Sales Manager and hands-on technical support for dialysis equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Administration
l Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and tracking sales pipelines within the dialysis sector.
l Coordinate logistics for product delivery and training sessions for clients.
l Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
l Handle routine sales correspondence and follow-up on customer inquiries.
- Technical Support & Field Service
l Perform the installation and setup of dialysis machines and related equipment at client sites (hospitals/clinics).
l Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment under the guidance of senior technical staff.
l Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to customers as required.
l Maintain detailed service records and reports.
- Training & Professional Development
l Successfully complete a mandatory 2-3 week technical training program in China (fully sponsored by the company) to gain in-depth knowledge of our dialysis products.
Requirements
l Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related technical field.
l Experience: 0 to 2 years of working experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
l Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (Putonghua) is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
l Skillset: Strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high sense of responsibility and diligence (diligent and conscientious).
l Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and committed to high standards of professionalism and customer service.
l Other: Willingness to travel locally within Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia for installation and service calls.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
