Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide assistance to the sales team in terms of clerical and administrative duties (i.e. preparing quotations, answering customer's enquiries and etc.)
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as and when assigned and requested by the Management
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Keep record of sales trends
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest sales process improvements
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or Diploma Certificate
  • No experience needed. Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply and on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
