  1. To plan and carry out sales, marketing, warehouse and shipping activities
  2. To check monthly warehouse inventory and maintain up to date inventory record and preparemonthly/ daily reports
  3. To ensure zero mis-loading of cargoes as per issued delivery instruction and to ensure delivery meets shipment due date
  4. To ensure zero stock discrepancies of warehouse monthly closing stocks
  5. To perform sales activities and assigned region, including preparation of quotations, payment terms, delivery dates and sales contract issuance
  6. To monitor cargo shipment dates and ensure payment form customers
  7. To provide excellent customer service in terms of product information and production/shipment planning
  8. To liaise with shipping agents to ensure delivery schedule accuracy and competitive pricing
  9. To prepare assigned region business transactions report and other related reports as and when necessary
  10. To check all documents prepared by subordinates to ensure information accuracy and being file correctly
  11. To handle customer inquiries and order confirmation accurately
  12. To monitor, train and develop subordinates
  13. Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior or management

Degree in Marketing/Logistics/Business Administration, Multi-Tasking, Numerical Skills. We prefer candidates who are able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
