Join Our Team

We are looking for someone to support our Contracting team in building and maintaining a great range of travel products for the Leisure segment – including hotels, tours, attractions, multi-day packages, and transfers.

The Contracting Executive will work closely with the Contracting team to support internal teams such as Reservations, Operations and Sales teams, as well as liaise with clients, hotel partners, and key suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Produce and communicate annual client tariffs, new products, and special offers in a timely manner.
  • Support with supplier cost negotiation and contracting (excursions, transfers, tickets and train suppliers).
  • Prepare Travel Studio (TS) quotation/loading sheets for all products.
  • Update tours for DA tariff in Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and TS master files.
  • Manage internal costing and operation sheets for more efficient operational procedures.
  • Manage product portfolio descriptions and images (packages, excursions, and transfers) and update on SharePoint and TS.
  • Manage supplier contact list and contract folders.
  • Support with all ad-hoc hotel & supplier contract queries and group series requests.
  • Support with Agent Hub product and tool update requirements.
  • Support with supplier management inclusive of quality control (checklists and audits).
  • Ensure products and services fulfil sustainability and accessibility standards and suppliers are trained on sustainable practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Tourism or any related fields required.
  • Experience in travel agencies or hotels is an added advantage
  • Willing to work weekends or public holidays when business needs arise
  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, proactive, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
