Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely processing of salaries
  • Manage statutory contributions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and relevant labour laws
  • Administer employee leave, attendance, overtime, and working hours records
  • Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, and counselling
  • Prepare warning letters, conduct domestic inquiries, and support termination processes when required
  • Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and support KPI implementation
  • Assist in training coordination and maintain training records (HRDF/HRD Corp if applicable)
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Support management in HR reporting, audits, and workforce planning
  • Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Independent, well-organised, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
