What You Will Get To Do:
Assistant Manager in Investor Services team is responsible to provide a spectrum of Transfer Agency servicing to our clients. Individual appointed to this position will have to deliver the highest service level to clients and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Review/Process the investor transactions and TA NAV packs. Make sure all the investor document and transaction approval are in place before we distribute the correspondent investor reports to investor.

• Review/process on investor related payments including the subscription and redemption funding transfer, capital call, distribution and dividend payments.

• Supports KYC process including new investor onboarding, conducting CCD ongoing reviews, trigger event, documentation checking, AML and sanction risk assessment; Handle outstanding/incomplete CDD documents, escalate and obtain approvals as per the relative AML policy and procedure;

• Ensure all the fund settings, investor and transaction records are up-to-date and accurate all the time.

• Deliver all the required reports to fund managers as per the agreed timeframes;

• Timely response to the enquiry from fund managers, investors and auditors etc;

• Assist on new client onboarding; make sure all internal setup meet the need of the clients.
   

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds.

• Excellent communication and client services skills, ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production.

• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
