Job description

The Retail Manager is responsible for the management of retail outlets inclusive of staffing and stock inventory control, sales performance, security, maintenance and overall service standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the outlet to which you are assigned to.
  • Ensure that sales performance meets target set.
  • Accountable for inventory in outlet.
  • Ensure that Customer care is maintained at the high level set.
  • Manage staff of the outlet – motivate and develop retail team.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in related field. Experience in retail industry is advantageous.
  • Must have a warm personality with an ability to speak publicly.
  • Must have leadership capability in order to lead the team of staff effectively.
  • Good people coaching and development skills
  • Excellent communicator, people- oriented person with ability to engage with all levels of personnel
  • Malaysian citizen only
