Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail Manager to lead daily store operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations and ensure store readiness.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in planning promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in retail supervision or store management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Good understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
